You guys are going to go freaking crazy when I show you this recipe. I’m going to show you how quick, how easy, and simple it is to make your own paneton. I’m eating it. Okay, I’m using 12 oz plastic cups. You could do it with a 12 oz or you could even do it with an 8 oz. I want this cake to be a little bit bigger, so I’m doing 12 oz. But if you change one cup, you got to change them all. So here we got all the same size cups, 12 oz. We got three filled with flour, one filled with oil, one filled with sugar, one filled with raisins, and one we have four eggs. Now we have over here some vanilla, and one envelope of levato panadeli. I get these on Amazon. They’re very easy to find. They’re very inexpensive. And this is the secret to all delicious Italian desserts. So, all you got to do is put it all together and we’re going to make a delicious banana. Okay, so first we’re going to put the eggs. Okay, we’re going to start mixing. Then we’re going to put the sugar. Now, we’re going to put the oil. This is canola oil. Okay, now we’re going to put like a teaspoon of vanilla. Now, little by little, we’re going to start putting the flour in. I almost did you dirty. I forgot to tell you. One full of milk. So, add that to the mixture. Listen to me. Add the flour little by little cuz if you go too fast, you’re going to destroy your whole house. I’m going to add the envelope now, the whole thing. Now, you don’t have to use raisins. I’m doing this cuz I want it to be like a panaton, like a traditional one. You could use chocolate chips. You could use uh any other dried fruits if you want or nothing at all. You don’t You could do it plain, too. So, little by little, I’m going to add one cup of this, the same size cup of raisins. Okay. And now I’m going to put it in a sprayed bun pan. Make sure you spray it really, really well. And now we’re going to put it in a 350°ree oven until a tooth a toothpick comes out dry. I mean guys, with the holidays coming, you could make your own little panaton. And a panaton is not supposed to be really sweet. It’s like a bread slash cake. So it’s not like a regular cake. It’s it has like more of a like a bread cake. I mean, look at how gorgeous this bonnet tona is and how quick and easy was. One, two, three. We made this cake. Okay, now let’s just see if it flips. Okay, one, two, three. Okay, guys, let’s open it up. What is happening? Look at Look at the size of this thing. Oh my god, it is beautiful. Look at that. Now, you can put powdered sugar if you want on it. I’m not going to do that, but let me just cut into it to show you what it looks like. It’s still very hot cuz I just took it out of the oven. Let me just cut into it. Ow. Okay. It’s still very, very hot. And even with the steam, it’s like, look at that, though. Look at these beautiful raisins in here. It’s like a a panaton made in the house. delicious. If you’re having company over, one, two, three, you could whip this up. But look at how beautiful this is. Now, I’m going to make myself a cup of coffee. Okay, so I made myself a cup of coffee. So now, let’s just look at Look at how dense this banana is. Look at that nice crust. Inside’s chewy. Let’s try a piece. M. Now guys, remember it’s not sweet at all. It’s like kind of like a sweet bread, you know, like a hollow bread. That’s what it kind of tastes like. You could add more sugar if you want to it to make it sweeter. But I like it just like this where it tastes like like a hala bread, like a sweet bread. So good, guys. A delicious easy banaton.
