    Forgive my ignorance, but why did you need that smoker attachment? I’m planning on doing a brisket next weekend in a 22-in kettle no attachments, only the snake method.

    That’s a nice super kettle you got there. I like the idea of it. Being able to add some coals or wood chunks without completely losing all the heat around your cook…that’s neato.
