Cooked my first ever pot roast today.

  1. I did my first one of the fall last weekend. It turned out great. After a party I was left with a bunch of roasted beef bones. I used that to make the stock er bone broth. How was yours?

    Looks great. Couple tips pour some broth and a splash of apple cider vinegar over the roast to deepen the flavor. Before searing take a knife and stab the roast and stuff some garlic cloves in it. This will put the cherry on top of this dish.

    Fyi, in addition to the broth suggestion, add in some hearty red wine too. Also, instead of apple cider vinegar try red wine vinegar!
