She asked if she could “do it all herself” this year, from mixing the batter to decorating! I just helped with the oven part 😅 They’re spiced carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and a pistachio on top (her creative idea, she called them her “green jewels”). Watching her pipe those frosting swirls so carefully was the highlight of my week.
