Is Portillo’s still coming to Austin/Del Valle?

I’ve seen Reddit posts and an article from the Austin Business Journal saying it’s “confirmed” that Portillo’s (chicago food like Italian beef and Chicago dogs) is coming to the Austin area but all of these articles and posts are from January 2025.

Does anyone have the scoop?
