[Music] Hello everyone. Welcome back to Nam Demoon. Today we’re making Turkish lamajun but with a twist. To start, order a red bell pepper and an onion. Then toss them into a food processor with a few cloves of garlic. Blend until smooth. Then add minced parsley and ground lamb or ground beef if you prefer to the mix. Stir in tomato paste, harissa paste, red chili flakes, cumin, and paprika. Drain a can of whole tomatoes. Then mix them into the meat. If you find your meat is looking a little dry, you can add more tomato juice. For the twist, instead of using traditional dough, we’re using flour tortillas and chapati, both of which are easy to find at our stores. Spread a thin layer over top, then bake in the oven for about 7 to 8 minutes. To finish our lama, we topped ours with the fresh Mediterranean salad we made last week, except this time we added sumac and pepperis. You can find the recipe on our website, and you can find all these ingredients right here at Nam Demoo. Enjoy.
