Here is how to make the best eggplants. Peel the eggplants, then cut them lengthwise, not all the way through. Season the eggplants with salt. Leave for 5 minutes. Squeeze out the juice. Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Turn the eggplants to the other side. Fry for another 5 minutes. Remove the eggplants from the pan. Place in the baking dish. Beat four eggs with sour cream. Herbs deprovence. Dried parsley. Salt. Black pepper. Fry finely chopped garlic. with two chopped onions. Pour the fried vegetables into a bowl. Add grated mozzarella, flour. Mix well. Pour the liquid batter over the eggplants. Level the layer. Sprinkle with diced tomato. Bake for 30 minutes. Indulge in this tasty dinner.

  1. I made this yesterday. I seasoned my eggplant. Instead of salt I added chicken seasoning, a cut up chicken in small squares black pepper, parsly. I used mozzeralla cheese and swiss. Parmisean then I follwed the rest of the video. After it was done. Much better my family loved it. 🎉especially my grandchildren. They only eat veggies if you mix it with some kinda meat.

  2. Too much work time consuming. I rather steam it n season with oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil n garnish with fried mince garlic n spring onions or coriander leaves 😋

  3. Looks good but could have just put the fried eggplants from the pan to the baking dish. No point of dirtying a tray.

  4. A turkish family told me that most people tell lies when they say A turkish family thought me this or that 😂😂😂
