Have been having this for work lunches for about a month now and I find it so fresh, healthy and repeatable. Recipe is:

2 mini cucumbers sliced into coins
4.5oz raw broccoli coarsely chopped
1 serving (28g) crumbled feta
4 tbsp Trader Joe’s Green Goddess dressing
1 avocado (not pictured, doesn’t fit in jar)
~25g pickled red onion (in a compartment under lid)
Sprinkle of Sumac & Black pepper

Often also add a few oz of grilled chicken for extra protein, but that isn’t factored into the calorie count shown here. Enjoy!

It’s nice to see someone mention sumac. I don’t use it often, but still several times a year (I think I keep at around for za’atar?) but any time I put it in something my partner, not a person who has any interest or knowledge of food preparation, points it out and is pleased.

I love sumac I throw it all over the place. You can use it anywhere in middle Eastern cooking that youd consider a squeeze of lemon. Its earthy and citrusy

Most jar salads don’t entice me but this one looks so delicious!

I post every time I see someone mentions sumac:
**if you are allergic to cashews/tree nuts, there is a pretty high probability that you are also allergic to sumac.**
    So please be careful.
