    Ingredients:

    1 fillet white fish (cod, tilapia, or hake)

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp dried oregano

    ½ tsp garlic powder

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    ½ lemon (juice + wedges for garnish)

    For the Salad:

    1 cup cucumber (diced)

    1 cup tomato (diced)

    ½ red bell pepper (chopped)

    ¼ red onion (sliced)

    ½ cup feta cheese (cubed)

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp dried oregano

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Preparation Steps:

    1. Preheat oven: to 190°C (375°F).

    2. Season the fish: Brush the fish with olive oil, then sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

    3. Bake: Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes or until flaky and cooked through.

    4. Prepare the salad: In a large bowl, mix cucumber, tomato, red pepper, onion, and feta cheese.

    5. Dress: Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Add oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
