Greek Salad Recipe ✨
Fresh, crisp, and full of flavor — this is the Greek salad I make on repeat all year long. It’s the perfect side salad for any meal.
Ingredients
• 12 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 English cucumber, partially peeled (striped-style), cut lengthwise in half, then sliced
• ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
• ½ cup Kalamata olives
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 6 oz feta cheese, diced
For the dressing:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1–2 garlic cloves, finely grated
• 1–2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Add the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, olives, parsley, and diced feta to a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, grated garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
4. Serve fresh and enjoy — bright, tangy, and perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness.
