Homemade focaccia, adobo chili mayo on one side, pesto on another side, burrata cheese, candied jalapeños, arugula (dressed with picked red onions, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt pepper and garlic powder) honey ham and Cajun turkey deli meat. You can add some prosciutto with pistachios as well if you’d like, it’d be realllly good!

okay maybe it’s me but I don’t think I’ve ever had good focaccia because whenever I’ve had it it’s been dry-ish, definitely not moist and springy. it always looks good but the texture isn’t appealing to me.
