Hey y’all and welcome to another episode of Cooking with Tasha E. Today I’m going to be showing y’all how we make our version of Olive Garden Zupa to kind of soup. Now our version is full of flavor and love. It’s quick and easy. And if you want to see how we make this thing, stay tuned and I’m going to show you how we whip it up. So of course we got our kale. We’re going to be using onions, garlic, a little Cajun seasoning, little buttery garlic herb, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning. We got our shaved parmesan cheese. We got a pound of mild Italian sausage. We got a pound of bacon. We got a cup and a half of our heavy whipping cream. We got our chicken broth. And of course, we got our potatoes. This recipe is quick and easy. So, stay tuned and I’m going to show you how we put it together. So, first thing you want to do is get our meat in there and we’re going to cook them both together. All right. Use my spatula and just kind of dump them in there. [Music] We’re just making sure that everything gets nice and brown. And y’all, this is one of my favorite soups to make. It’s flavorful and it’s full and ton of nutrients. So, if you haven’t made this, give it a try. Okay, so we’re going to go ahead and add in our onions [Music] and add in our garlic. And we’re going to let that cook until they’re softened. Okay, so we’re going to go ahead and add in our chicken broth. [Music] And then we’re going to go ahead and give this a little mix. And then we’re going to add in our seasonings. So, first we want to use a little Italian seasoning. We’re going to use some salt and pepper, smoked paprika, little buttery garlic herb seasoning, and a little casian cuz that’s our business. And then we’re going to give those a mix and let that cook down a little bit. Okay. So, at this point, you want to just go ahead and taste it and add in any salt or pepper or anything else you think you might need. So, we’re going to add just a little salt and pepper. Okay. And then a little crushed red pepper for a little spice. [Music] All right. And then give that a little mix. So, the next step is to add in our potatoes. [Music] Okay, so we got our potatoes in here and we’re going to go ahead and let it simmer for about 20 minutes and then we’ll be back. Okay, so our potatoes, they are fork tender. I’m going try to get one to show y’all, but they they kind of falling apart. So, that’s when you know they ready. All right, so next thing you want to do is go ahead and get your kale and mix it in. Okay. And you want to turn your heat down all the way to low. And then go ahead and mix your kale in. And don’t worry about it being a lot. It’s gonna cook down. Okay. [Music] Now, we like a lot of kale in our soup. You don’t got to use that much if you don’t like. So, you’re just going to give it a mix and then let it cook down for maybe like 5 or 6 minutes. So, our kale is cooked down. So, we’re going to go ahead and mix in our heavy whipping cream. All right. And then we’re going to give that a mix. All right. And we’re going to let that cook for a little bit. And then we’re going to add in a little bit of our shaved Parmesan cheese. And this is to your taste and to your liking. Of course, I love cheese. All right. In about 5 minutes, we’ll have a good zupa tuscana soup. So, the soup is done. We’re going to go ahead and get it plated up and taste it. All right, that thing smells so good. Can’t wait to try it. And one more cuz you know everything is good in threes. All right. [Music] Okay. So, we’re going to go ahead and bless it and taste it. Lord, we thank you for this food. We ask you to bless it in Jesus name. Amen. All right. [Music] M y’all. Like I said, this thing is full of flavor and quick and easy. If you like this video, don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe. Until next time. Peace.
