Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel. Today I’m sharing with you a lovely Moroccan carrots and orange salad. It’s so refreshing and full of flavor. Let’s get started. First, I grate some carrots using the thin side of the grater. You want them nice and fine, just like this. Then I set them aside. In a bowl, I add the grated carrots along with some orange juice. Traditionally, this salad is made with freshlysqueezed orange juice, but bottled works perfectly fine, too. Next, I add a splash of orange blossom water and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix everything together until the carrots are well coated and fragrance. This Moroccan salad is perfect for this time of year. You can even pack it for your kids lunch boxes. It’s such a healthy and refreshing treat. It always reminds me of home and I hope you love it as much as I do. Thank you so much for watching.
