individual pineapple upside down cake. In a mug that has a base large enough to fit a pineapple ring, melt 1 tbsp of butter and add 1 tbsp of brown sugar. Disperse that brown sugar into the melted butter. Add your pineapple ring to the bottom of that mug. And in the center of that pineapple ring, add your marishino cherry. That’s how the bottom of your mug should look. I’m going to mix the cake portion into a little bowl. 4 tablespoon of allpurpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. 2 tbsp of granulated sugar. Give the dry ingredients just a little whisk with a fork. Add 1 tbsp of oil. 3 tablespoon of milk and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Get this all combined together with a fork. Transfer that cake batter in on top of your mug into the microwave in 30-second increments. It’s been 90 seconds and this is done. We know the bottom is well greased, so let’s see if it comes out nicely. I heard a drop. I’ll cut into it so it cools a little. Holy sweet baby ship balls.

Yes, 90 sec was enough.
Used cake flour and 1/2 tsp less sugar. Next time I will try a little more brown sugar and butter in the bottom of the cup.
Thanks so much for the share!!! Mmmmm!!! ❤
