I’ve seen plenty of people eat beef bone marrow as a very rich delicacy. Never tried it myself but it doesn’t look bad. However it’s always been cooked. This raw, gelatinous tuna spine does not look appetizing whatsoever. And I have a hard time believing that girl who’s gulping it down thinks so either.
I also feel skeptical about eating very large fish. Similar to eating whales and dolphins, large fish accumulate a ton of mercury. Would a tuna this size not be the same?
