Their CS is also great! Mysteriously cracked the outer plastic on mine and asked if I could send it in to be fixed. They said we will send a new one out and send the other one in when the new one arrives. I fully admitted it was my issue and was not expecting a new one.

These are great tools. I upgraded to the one model a couple years ago. The probe is SHARP on the new one I got.

I hate mine. It was always finicky to get to turn on, then it quit completely, sent it in for repair, now it’s broken again. Only has light home use.
I also have 3 ThermoPops, at 1/2 the price, that still work great. I also have two Smoke units that have performed flawlessly, except for the fragile over-priced probes.

About these devices do you need to get the tip near the center or do they have multiple sensors and can relay which part is the coldest?
