
Worth getting the genuine article! The feta had such a lovely creaminess as well as great salty tang, but bit overly salty as I can find some of the faux fetas to be. (Aged in wooden barrels)
Halloumi on the menu later in the week but this brand never disappoint!

Gees you pushed the boat out at Sainsbury’s. How much was that feta?
Try feta in brine it makes a huge difference!
It’s not hugely more expensive, but the quality is soo much better than the basics stuff. I bought some quality Comte and Brie form the local deli and the flavour was through the roof! So worth it.
Im more of a sheep’s milk feta fan but a sheep and goat can be good
A advice you to roast your haloumi with honey 😉
