Wynn Al Marjan Island, the USD 5.1 billion integrated resort currently under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, has confirmed the first two restaurants among the 22 dining venues planned for its opening in Spring 2027. The project will introduce an elegant French-American steakhouse by Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse and a second outpost of Delilah, the renowned supper club from Wynn Las Vegas.
Both establishments are being crafted by Wynn Design and Development, led by its President and Chief Creative Officer, Todd-Avery Lenahan, who mentioned that every aspect of the resort had been designed to exceed expectations and offer an entirely new experience. He added that the design of each restaurant aims to captivate guests with intricate details, combining opulence, refinement, and playfulness to elevate their dining experience.
Alain Ducasse’s new steakhouse will span two floors, covering approximately 1,820 square metres, and will merge French creativity with traditional steakhouse flair. The menu will feature dishes such as Duck Foie Gras Brioche and Cheese Soufflé, while guests can choose their preferred cuts from the “Beef Club” section. Several dishes, including steaks and desserts like Baked Alaska, will be theatrically prepared tableside. Ducasse expressed that he was honoured to contribute to the ambitious Wynn Al Marjan Island project and that the restaurant would redefine the steakhouse concept with a French interpretation of American classics.
Delilah, located on the resort’s first floor across approximately 2,060 square metres, will evoke the glamour of 1950s supper clubs such as El Morocco in New York and Maxim’s in Paris. Guests will enjoy cocktails beside a fireplace, intimate dinners, or lively gatherings with live performances each evening. The menu will include signature items from the Las Vegas location, including Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, along with new dishes inspired by regional ingredients. A sophisticated cocktail and wine list will complement the dining experience, offering an elegant yet lively atmosphere.
The restaurant marks the continuation of Wynn Resorts’ collaboration with The h.wood Group, a Los Angeles-based hospitality brand. Co-founders Brian Toll and John Terzian remarked that Wynn had been a valuable partner and expressed excitement about introducing Delilah to the Middle East, confident that Wynn’s expertise would bring the same luxury and exclusivity to the new venue.
With the unveiling of its first two restaurants, Wynn Al Marjan Island has begun shaping the culinary direction of its upcoming luxury resort. The partnership with Alain Ducasse and The h.wood Group underscores Wynn’s commitment to offering exceptional dining experiences that merge artistry with sophistication. As construction progresses, these establishments promise to set a new benchmark for fine dining in the region when the resort opens in Spring 2027.
