First off- sorry for the bad quality photos- I’m on mobile and I’ve only done this as a hobby, and not cared much about the quality of the pictures. But I was wondering if anyone had any advice or feedback for me!

I’ve been making boards for events with my friends for about a year now- and I really enjoy it. Obviously my boards are between friends so I don’t put as much effort into some of the decorating points-and especially not the quality of the photos I take lol- but I’ve been pretty proud of myself.

Does anyone have experience doing charcuterie as a side gig? Anything from events to the portable boxes you deliver. I know it would be more labor and better ingredients, but charging would help with that. I live in a community where I definitely think there’s a market for it, and it would be pretty easy for me to start a network of customers (I’m currently a bartender, with a lot of regular guests who would buy, and I also am in multiple organizations I could have spread the word).
