Hey y’all. Today we’re making some stuffed mushrooms. I’m starting out by removing all of the stems to my mushrooms. But don’t toss those stems away because we’re going to chop those up and use them for our filling. Then I’m going to melt some butter on the stove. And then once that’s melted, I’m going to add in my minced mushroom stems. Then I’m just going to cook these down for a little bit before I add in my minced garlic. Then I’m going to cook that down until there’s no more butter. Then I’m going to add in a block of cream cheese. And then melt that down. Add some sawdust. And then some green onions and a little bit of crushed red pepper and some Italian blend seasoning. And then just some onion powder. I transferred my hollowed mushrooms into a baking dish. And now I’m just going to fill them up with that cream cheese mixture. And then once all of that is done, I’m going to go in with some shredded Parmesan cheese on top. Then we’re going to pop these in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. And then I’m going to cut that broil on for 2 to 3 minutes. But keep an eye on them because they will burn. But that’s literally it. These are so good. Especially since the holidays are coming up. These are literally perfect. Or if you just want to eat them on a random Tuesday, that’s fine. But that’s literally it. Let me know what you think. Unless you’re rude, then I don’t want to know. Okay. Bye.
