Just fried my Inkbird wired thermometer and I figured it was time to upgrade (I have been smoking with just an instant read for the last few months,n the horror). I think I may bundle my probes with either a Billows or Brezzo device. Any opinions on these two set ups? Looks like the ChefTemp is cheaper and comes with a replacement dome unit. Thoughts? Experiences? I want to do more cooks during the day when I am not at home or overnight cooks. This is the only thing that makes me jealous of my ez-bake oven friends.
Photo for no reason, except why smoke 1 butt when you can smoke 2……..

If cost go chef temps.
If stability thermoworks.
I have chef temp. Not bad. App isn’t greatest but it was a fraction of the thermoworks
No experience with ChefsTemp but I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences with my Thermoworks stuff, customer service included.
Try the “Smoke” by Thermoworks. It doesn’t break the bank, and it’s been really great for me. It has two probes, one for the internal meat temperature come out on for the ambience grill temperature, and it has both high and low temperature alarms for both probes. It also has a radio transmitter that you can keep with you when you’re not by the grill. The square dot could work as well.
I also have the Thermopop for an instant read thermometer which is pretty cheap and has worked great for me
