Looks awesome! I think a lot of people would kill to have their first loaf look like this haha, lot of flat loaves or dense as heck loaves when people start. But this looks great and (more importantly) tastes great too? Awesome!
I personally like mine really brown and crisp, so if you do too don’t be afraid to leave it in the oven longer.
