I love it when my rice turns out PERFECT 🤩

I used to make perfect rice every time. I don’t know if it’s just that I got out of practice or old age or what but lately I’d mess something up. Not this time! Question for all the cooks— do you rinse your rice before toasting in oil, or not? I’ve done both, this time I didn’t, so I think I’m done doing that
