Burger night! This week’s special was a simple classic, home ground chuck, sirloin, and brisket smash patties, American cheese, plenty of sliced onions, lettuce, tomato, Melinda’s Jalapeño ketchup, mustard, and my sweet and zesty sauce, on a buttered and griddled homemade bun.
