




As requested by u/turbulent-law2331, a mustard beef pie.
I slow-cooked a kilo of brisket this weekend with onion and garlic, skimmed some juice off for stock, which became the gravy. Added some peas and carrots, as well as a tbsp each of English and grainy mustard (which was NOT enough!).
This was my first ever pie. Probably needed a bit longer, but was still pretty good.
The heart is in honour of Vietnamese women's day, so happy belated day if that applies to you!
