Damn your client must be loaded

  2. Throwitfarawayplzthx

Your client is a sizable percentage saturated fat.

Once a week? Everything I’ve heard about these is that more than a few ounces makes you want to barf

  4. vgullotta

I’ll take that other one then since you got extras XD

  5. poetryrocksalot

How can you tell between this and the fat disease cut?

  6. testing543210

Hope you’re paid well because your client will be dead soon.

You gotta give us more than that! Let’s see the cook!

I’ve never had this in my life … nor a private chef for that matter .. yeah that tracks

  9. Wagyu for sure. Don’t know that I could eat one 2” thick.

Looks like A5 Waygu. The steak cost more than the chef.

Man I don’t know how your client crushes those every week. I was fortunate enough to have them monthly for a while and at this point (years later) I’m sick of it. It’s a decadent experience for sure but not one I’d like to repeat at that frequency. Has your client tried Aussie wagyu? The high end stuff is a little cheaper and much more like a steak than what Japanese wagyu is.

Between my wife and I we probably have something like this about once a month. We live in Tokyo and there is a tax benefit where if you siphon your local taxes to a rural area that doesn’t get much tax revenue, they send you delicious local products (like wagyu, seafood, etc).

I mean, if you have a private chef a $200 steak isn’t really the flex that it is for us common folk.

Your client must be really in shape.

  15. Longhaul-shortbus

I have a financial goal in life.

  16. TheBingoBongo1

Your client is going for a high cholesterol speedrun lol

  17. blkwrxwgn

You are cooking yourself out of a job! All clogged up!

  18. FutureAd5083

I can’t imagine eating wagyu often. So filling and makes you feel gross after

  19. Quiet_Art4170

Are you lucky enough to get any left overs?

  20. Sad_Tangerine_3722

Do you have any advice for aspiring private chefs?

  21. bigmilker

Assuming A5 BMS 12? Have a had a few times, super rich but super tasty. I have usually shared them with a buddy or two as an entire one was too much for my stomach

How often do they see a doctor to “get the gout out”?

  23. Inevitable_Evening63

why don’t people just eat a chunk of lard instead😭🤐 wagyu just doesn’t seem appealing !

  24. dmuppet

Do you trim a little off each week and eventually make yourself one steak every 3 months ?

  25. Lee_Townage

So how should we cook one of these properly?

  26. thewiddleclass

I would like to sign up to be a test client, sir.

  27. Chrisdkn619

His arteries will look like that after a while!

  28. FatSteveWasted9

All the folks screaming about clogged arteries from eating a steak a week is wild. Y’all just eat grass and leaves the rest of the time?

I’m surprised to see all the comments on cholesterol and OPs clients impending death. Wagyu beef is “better” for you than alternatives like angus. Very high in oleic acid (lowers LDL, raises HDL) and omega 3s. If you’re going to eat steak this regularly, this is the way. Unfortunately I can’t spend $1,000 a month on beef so I’ll continue to eat USDA choice and die an early preventable death

  30. clark_peters

Well…are you gonna tell us how you prepare it??

  31. JDWild18

I know that cut! It’s from the section of beef named “cannot afford”

  32. Sixaxisorcist

I love wagyu, but that much in one seating would kill me.
