Let’s make this simple pasta stir fry. Start by blending some tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Next, thinly slice some red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and some carrots. I’ll be using turkey for this recipe. You can also use chicken if you prefer. Cut the turkey into smaller chunks. And then season with some salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and crushed chicken cubes. Heat up some oil and fry the turkey in batches. Don’t overcrowd the pan. When that’s done, take it out and then fry some thinly sliced onion and minced garlic. Add the blended pepper mix and then season with some spices. Give this a quick mix and then allow to cook for about 10 minutes. Now it’s time to add the fried turkey and the veggies. Give this a good mix. And while that’s cooking, boil the pasta in salt water until it’s cooked but not soft. Drain and then add the pasta to the stir fry. Give this a very good mix until everything comes together. You can add a little pasta water or regular water if it’s looking dry. Mix and your pasta stir fry is ready.
