That's how I personally prepare chickens in general to grill it on a coal …… And yeah I debone it but leave the bone attached cuz customers accuse us of stealing them with some meat in it

Thoughts on my charcoal chicken prep???

action looks smooth. I like that knife work. so long as you are comfortable with the work and you are keeping out of the weeds I don’t see an issue. What is that “board” make out of?

  2. Relevant_Grass9586

That’s a sharp knife. Nice work chef.

I’m envious of your speed, looks like you know what you’re doing for the kind of cook you have planned.

  4. RogersPlaces

It always kills me to see people completely disregard the oysters.

Excellent, great work chef! Haven’t prepared like this. I would need some repetitions to get this speed and Ive processed a lot of fuckin chickens

  8. Eastern-Cat-3604

Have you ever washed that cutting board?

You look like maybe you have done that a couple of times…

    Respect.

Im always amazing at people going through the spines with a knife instead of snips, the one time I did it I chipped my knife

  15. Very nice! Only thing I have to say is when you hone a knife metal filings come off and it’s good practice to wipe your knife.

That chicken got broken down like me after my last relationship! Quickly and thoroughly!

Nice. Now break down and remove all bones while keeping all muscle and skin intact. Then make a roulade with it.

Have you shown the customers the before/after cook weight to reassure them?

I’m impressed af. That’s amazing dude!

If you had to ballpark it, how many times would you say you’ve had to do this?

When you switch your grip go de-bone the drum was wild to me. But I’m impressed, them chicken butchery skills are no joke. Do you sharpen your own knife? Watching you cut out that backbone effortlessly was satisfying.

  21. Nice smooth work!! What is that steel you’re working with? I’ve needed to get a new one for too long.

Wipe the blade after honing please. Damn nice knife work

  23. AsleepySage

Love to see what the finished product looks like

  24. Genetoretum

Is anybody else really grossed out by the ring not being taken off

  25. Garlic-Rough

I thought the knife was chained down somewhere

Good Knife work, but if you aren’t going to wear gloves while handling raw proteins like chicken, you should remove your ring.
