It can come with 4 pieces or up to 12 pieces for regular dining.
It's served with mini tongs and BB plates
Brown and granulated sugar with Montreal steak seasoning then sprayed with bourbon thrown in the oven till it's sizzlin.

Yes please! Canadian, and really missing my bourbon right now. Where was the event at? I saw one for Detroit (close to me) and Buffalo, NY (little further) but I’d have to make a weekend out of it and that’s not in the near future.
