Another simpler meal prep for this week. Turned out a bit dry for me though, maybe I should have gotten soft or medium tofu
Preparation – Marinate 1kg minced pork in 3tbsp cornstarch, 2tbsp cooking wine, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp dark soy sauce – Dice 500g of firm tofu – One box of whole kennel corn – Prepare sauce of 2tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1tbs oyster sauce, 2tbsp cooking wine, 2 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoon chicken powder – Slice a few pieces of ginger and dice scallions
Cooking – Turn wok heat to medium high with oil and add in ginger for around half a min – Pan fry the meat and throw tofu/corn in afterwards and stir in sauce. Add some water if it looks a bit dry
