Full Carrot or two
Half an onion
Two cups of cut cabbage
15 cherry tomatoes
3 cups of low sodium chicken broth
1-2 cups of water
Garlic powder
Lemon juice

Optional:
I like spice! So I add hot sauce, chilli flakes
Top with mint leaves and cilantro

    your pic is gorg…so aesthetic. i LOVE soup once the weather is cooler. it got chilly this week due to the band of hurricane rain coming up from the gulf here so i made soup yesterday in my instant pot. mine has trader joe’s korean beefless bulgogi in for protein it but also sauteed onions, potato, green beans, carrots, corn and lo-so beefless broth. the tj’s bulgogi has seasoning in it already so i didn’t think it needed anything extra but my fave spicy thing to add to stuff is lao gan ma’s spicy chili crisp when i do think it needs it (this didn’t, just a suggestion overall). just a teaspoon maybe but i am obsessed with it since some years ago…no other chili crisp compares
