I only had this miso one time, i selected EXTRA spicy and underestimated how spicy it was going to be so i couldn’t really drink the broth it was sooo hot i was sweating. I normally get regular spicy tonkotsu and the broth tastes sooo good thats all i get now any time i get ramen. Is there any better broths you think taste better? I see black tonkotsu i wonder how that tastes but nervous to try it. Do you guys prefer miso over tonkotsu though, Is regular miso better should i just try it again at a normal spice level?

Black Tonkotsu is always good. Except when there’s a ridiculous upcharge like $3-5 more. It really shouldn’t be that much more expensive.
I like tonkotsu for when I need something filling. Miso and shoyu for something not as rich.
