Cooked another steak inside cause it’s too cold for a grill. It’s nice and juicy and tastes amazing. Let me know how I did and how I can improve!

Is it burnt? Did you drop it in dirt?

The crust looks amazing, but my advice to you would be to bring your steak to room temperature before cooking.

Little too rare for me. Get a thermometer, that’s the best way to improve. Your crust looks decent.

Salt, dry brine in fridge uncovered for 24h, pat completely dry. Sear. Don’t put that kinders bullshit on the steak. Hot pan. Dry steak. If thin boy like that just flip every 60s and pull at 115-120 internal temp

Looks great for rare. Unfortunately the fat doesn’t render like that and looks chewy but the meat itself probably tasted great.

I think folks here a little too critical, amazing crust and a little more on the rare side but I’d def smash

Texture looks a little soft
Did you marinate / brine it in Lysol and Dawn?..
Burnt seasoning and under
Only salt before the cook. Bring to room temp
Cow goes moo
Delicious 🤤
Only your second time? Dang that’s impressive!
Black & blue. Probably chewy.
