Chop Romaine lettuce and toss with Caesar dressing (mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, anchovy paste, Parmesan). Top with sliced chicken, homemade or store-bought croutons, and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately

First, wash the fresh Roma lettuce thoroughly. Next, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Grate fresh parmesan cheese for that rich flavor. Grill the chicken until it’s perfectly cooked. Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the lettuce, chicken, and cheese. Add generous amounts of Caesar dressing to taste. Gently toss the salad until everything is coated.
