I am actually making grilled veggie cheese sandwiches. I’ll show you. I’m make I’m grilling the vegetables and the onions and the mushrooms, the cabbage, you know, and all that. First got my whole wheat bread. I’m going to use smoked medium cheddar. M smoked from Tamok cheese in Tieuk, Oregon. I only use extra virgin olive oil. A little bit of that in there. Get these grilled up real good. Okay. So, you see I grilled this up and I put it in this side pan here for now because it will make it easier. I take my bread. I put on my cheese. I strategically place the vegetables on there. So, you know, you try to make it to where they don’t fall off. Okay. Okay, I bought some healthy guacamole with some real spicy spices on top. Not spicy, but tomato. I all kinds of cool stuff on there. Now, I mix that all together down into the guacamole. Now, there is no meat and very little salt. No meat on these sandwiches. I don’t do that. I I still eat meat. I do it to save money because the price of meat. So, I make something satisfying without the meat and you don’t even notice it’s not there really. Little extra virgin olive oil. What I’m going to do is toast this top of the bun with cheese. And when that’s nice and melted, then it will melt down onto this. And then I don’t have to flip it over in the pan. I’ll show you how to do it. I’m going to make sure this gets nice and melted down in there and toasted good on that extra virgin olive oil. I’m going to add a little bit of Italian. Now, I bet you never made a grilled cheese where you toasted it separately like this. Now, I got a lot of ingredients on here. I’m going to put a little raw honey right on top of that cheese. Oh man. Mixed in with that guacamole stuff on. It’s going to taste so good. See, I’m toasting that. And this is sitting over here. Okay. Get my spatula. Those are ready to go. You see here? I’m going to put that on top. Oh, that looks good. Now, alls I have to do is toast the put one in there at a time and toast the bottom. Now, you see I’m only doing one at a time. Now, when that’s toasted, see everything inside is um already grilled. The ch Alls I’m doing is toasting it and melting the cheese on the bottom and it’ll all slam together. Okay, this one is done. See, I did the bottom. Now I’m doing the second one. And there it is right there.
