




Lacto fermented hot sauce made from the last harvest of my pepper garden. Tons of pepper varieties from Jalapeño to Carolina reaper. I included last years as well to see the difference! I still have more of last years aging in some glass bottles. Pretty crazy how much the taste has changed since I bottled it. This year I sent one through a mesh strainer and one I kept “chunky” like last year’s batch.

Hell yea. My favorite is super simple….orange habs and pineapple equal volumes of each, blended together with white vinegar until its the level of acidity I like
