
Pretty self explanatory. I put some chopped cherry tomatoes and some tomato purée on top of a bit of pitta bread, sprinkled over some Italian herbs, drizzled a bit of olive oil and put some grated mature cheddar on it. 5 mins in the air fryer at 200°C (maybe could've done with more but I was hungry and impatient).
Did the job and all in all, not too bad for me.
