Our last batch of the season for these peppers. We started them a bit late and they didn't fully mature and turn red. They're still tasty though 👨🍳

I’ve always liked banana peppers at the yellow stage. I think it’s a psychological thing. Bananas being yellow…your mind just tells you that something called “banana”…should be yellow. No one eats red bananas. 😉
