Most of these are batched in 5βs 1. 80% of a bag of frozen corn, added salt+pep then roasted until golden(er) Small chicken breasts (about 7 pieces if I remember) spiced with various cabinet spice mixes 2. Breakfast lettuce wraps, Thing of jimmy dean breakfast sausage, 5 eggs I believe, and 3 potatoes, chopped pretty small Roasted asparagus and squash + raw carrot strips for extra crunch Spiced the potatoes, squash, and asparagus the same at varying ratios and added spinach to the eggs for color and nutrients. (These were SO good will make again but maybe with just really thin wraps I used lettuce because I hate the bready tortilla texture) 3. Hand shrimp sushi rolls 25 shrimp total for 5 meals, could have used 10 each, cut down the middle seam on the out curved side when laying down to sit flat, store bought sushi rice I dished into the container right out of the store container, bean sprouts and carrot I added a modified potsticker sauce to, and egg rolls all with some seaweed to wrap them in. 4.tortellini pasta salad Super quick and easy last minute one, cooked up a bag of small tortellini, added a bag of mix your own Italian dressing, and added some chopped green peppers and some spinach. Added some pinwheels of turkey and cheese slices for protein. 5. Breakfast bagel sandwiches Cinnamon bagels w/ 2 fried eggs each and a slice of cheese between them. Roasted potatoes with Dan oβs chipotle seasoning and kinder(?) all purpose seasoning, +garlic and onion powder+salt, I eyeball all my seasoning so itβs always a gamble lol.
I work as a line cook so I use some stuff from work in my prep! Like the shrimp cut and how I wrap my sandwiches.
