TJ’s Shepherd’s Pie. Not the most appetizing but for the full tray (which is two servings), it’s 340 calories and 32 g of protein.
Yes I am eating all of it. 🙂

I don’t trust that nutrition label. Unless the tray is *really* small, 340 calories for the whole thing seems incredibly low.

I’m very doubtful that you have accurate calories for this. It seems more likely that the 340 calories is for half. You have an entire pound of food in that container, there is no way beef and potatoes will end up being less than 1 calorie per gram.
That being said though, it does look tasty. I wish Trader Joe’s was in Canada.

Weigh it, but based on the ingredients it’s Not too suspicious. It’s a lot of veggies, and little fat.

I would weigh it before and after eating it. Sometimes they’re a few grams more than what they say they are. Otherwise it sounds pretty good and I would try it.
