    Absolutely. I never intentionally go higher than medium-rare on the cuts I generally buy, alternating from blue-rare up to that, and you are at a perfect MR for me.

    Do you have a meat thermometer? If not, definitely invest in one! You’ll be able to gauge a perfect cook every time.

    On my phone it looks like a perfect rare steak which is not bad at all. But that’s really good and beautifully executed.
