Today i make one of Malta’s best sandwich.

Good day all. It’s Chef Sam here at uh Malta. We’re still here. Um I’m on my journey now to go down and uh explore some more places. Um I’m getting hungry, so I’m going to get down to the rocks area there now where I used to be many years ago. And I’m going to make a um a sandwich called Fira. It’s um a multi delegacy. Um, it’s a a sandwich with tuna and all that sort of stuff on it and um many other things. Many things can go on it and many different recipes and I’m going to do my version of it and I’m going to do it right beside the seaside on the rocks where we used to go when I was a young boy. Okay, it’s a lovely day here today. Not too windy, not too hot and uh this is my journey and I’ll get down there and I’ll go back onto the camera and I’ll um start filming. See you down there. [Music] I think I found a spot where I’m going to do my sandwich. Lovely view and a good spot to sit down as well. This place brings back a lot of memories for me. I pretty much learned how to swim up this way with my father and my uncles. Look at that view. Can’t go wrong with a lovely sandwich being made and have it right next to this view. Going to try and come to Malta this part now and I’ll start making the Indian sandwich. Heat. Heat. [Music] That’s it. We’re here now and we’re going to start making this FRA pop sandwich for a king. Onion. Red onion. We got some dried tomatoes going in. [Music] We got some beans which have garlic and has you know it’s got parsley malty stuff. I’m losing some there but that’s on the hill here.
