ingredients:
•250 g of uncooked spinach
• 1 package of feta cheese (i got it from Aldi
• optional: a little grated cheese
•pepper to taste
• 2 eggs
•ricepaper
cook the spinach and get squeeze the access water. In a bowl combine spinach, pepper, feta cheese and grated cheese.
beat 2 eggs in a operate bowl. Add 2 teaspoon of egg in the spinach feta bowl. Cut the rice paper in half, dunk the rice paper in egg and fill with the spinach feta mixture. Roll into an egg roll. Airfy for about 10 min for 360F.
