We are trying a new recipe tonight called Rabbit Catchuri. This recipe comes from the Meat Eater Cookbook by Steve Reanella. We prepare the rabbit for cooking, get it plated up, and then serve it to our family. This is now one of our new favorite recipes. Rabbit catch tory haze approved.
