Hello and welcome. 2 eggplants. From which country are you watching my channel?. Salt, pepper. Bake at 360 F (180 C) for 20 minutes. Olive oil + 1 clove of garlic. Salt, pepper, chili. Cook for 10 minutes. Add 500 ml (2 cups) of tomato puree or pulp. A bit more salt and pepper. Cover and cook for other 10 minutes. 2 mozzarella cheese. Remove the garlic. Basil. Olive oil. Parmesan. Bake at 200 C (400 F) for 20 minutes, last 5 minutes ventilated grill. Perfect.
