also if weight loss is your goal a calorie deficit is the only way your gonna lose weight this includes doing exercises to burn calories faster than you eat them and or just eating less then your body uses them or a bit of both and that is usually the best way to do it and it may take a bit to find the sweet spot but you’ll get it at a certain point

You can get healthier by just tracking your calories and eating a normal daily amount.

You don’t need to eat like a bodybuilder to lose weight. You already use most of your caloric requirements just to stay alive. Just control your eating habits and exercise and you should lose weight. Also, seasonings don’t add to your calories.

Also loosing weight isnβt about eating what you donβt like it is discovering what you like eating in the realm of actual (call it healthy, if you want) food (not just processed fat and sugars). Otherwise after you lose weight youβll be back to overeating.
