I ate this but with hot sauce instead of powder every day for breakfast for a long time. It started when I checked myself into rehab and was one of the positive habits that stuck with me when I left. (Still sober too)

I’ve done this with scrambled egg, but this gives me new inspiration for the weekend. Although, I’ll probably go soft boiled, about six minutes or so.

Heck yeah! I also put peppers/cucumbers, pickled red onion, miso, nori, sprouts, fresh grated garlic and olive oil. Makes my morning instantly better.
