I have a crazy month coming up and I like to prepare by cooking a ton and freezing enough dinner to eat for weeks. do y'all have any favorite SE recipes that freeze well? ideally on the healthier side.

    The chicken chile verde! Although I’ve modified it somewhat (I don’t have a pressure cooker, and I usually add a can or two of white beans at the end)

    Edit: I just remembered I made [these black beans](https://www.seriouseats.com/the-lazy-cooks-black-beans-easy-recipe) recently too. They’re very simple, but I froze them in portions and also froze some portions of a simple Mexican rice, and it made for great burrito bowls.

    Soup!! Kenji has some 30 minute soup recipes that are stellar! Tuscan white bean (might not be the exact name, don’t feel like looking) is my favorite. I add chicken thighs to it. Yummo.
