    Looks nice but I would say that’s a solid medium, not medium rare.

    By definition, medium rare has a warm red centre, and medium has a hot pink centre.

    I’m definitely a medium rare guy. My father in law is from an island where meat is questionable in quality, and he insists on well done all the way through, even on a ribeye. It hurts my soul to do that.

    Like 90% of the people who enjoy steak? The other 10% like theirs rare. Anything above are people who overcooked it accidentally or people who don’t actually enjoy steak 😂
