
Here’s my keto toad in the hole.
Recipe:
200ml unsweetened almond milk
4 eggs
50grams arrowroot flour
6 gluten free sausages
Sprigs of rosemary
Mix the milk, eggs and flour well. Fry the sausages for 12 minutes until almost cooked. Add to a baking tray and add some coconut oil. Put in an oven at 200 degrees centigrade until the oil is steaming hot. Add the Yorkshire pudding mix and rosemary and cook for another 12-15 minutes until the batter has risen and is cooked through. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn but don’t open the oven door until it’s ready.

Really only 50g of arrowroot for this? This looks incredibly risen for no leavening
Isn’t arrowroot flour really high in net carbs? Like over 40 net carbs for 50 g of flour?
